Our resident mixologist, Neal, has concocted another winner – a Blackberry Mojito. This cocktail requires some muddling and his carpel tunnel is a testament to the drink’s popularity.
Blackberry Mojito
1 small handful of freshly picked local blackberries
2 slices of lime
2 teaspoon of sugar
1.5 oz. of light rum
2 fresh mint leaves
Lemon lime soda
Muddle blackberries, sugar, mint and 1 slice of lime in a rocks glass. Add ice and rum. Fill glass with soda. Stir up blackberries with cocktail straw. Garnish with lime.
