We’re excited to share a delicious fall cocktail that was featured at a recent wedding. Harvest time makes you think of everything this cocktail features: crisp apples, warm cinnamon with bright citus notes.
This recipe was the first Echo Lake innkeeper collaboration. Laurence Anne Marie and Neal went through grueling research to get this cocktail just right.
Lauren’s Cider Cocktail
3 ounces spiced cider
1.25 ounces Stoli vanilla
1.25 ounces Buttershots
Mix ingredients together in shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with slice of orange. Enjoy!
Note: To make spiced cider. Bring 1 gallon of cider to a simmer. Add 5 cinnamon sticks and 1 sliced orange. Reduce by half. Chill.
