Our wedding season is in full swing and I’ve been so tickled with all the details that our couples have implemented.
A recent wedding had a unique 1940’s Carnival theme. There were glass coke bottles on ice for the bridal party, an extensive penny candy display, sepia photographs of the couple at each table and we even had a popcorn cart so guests could grab a freshly popped bag.
The attire helped pull the theme together; the groomsmen wore bow ties, suspenders and period hats; the JP was in costume as a carnival barker, right down to his election hat.
Their Candy Bar was a HUGE hit!
One clever bride took a fresh take on the Candy Bar and provided a Travel Bar for her guests. It included miniature toiletries including mouthwash, deodorant, soap and more.
Our couples are never short of great ideas.
Stay well and thanks for reading.
